I had no prior experience in this field, but I was determined to learn and succeed. Driven by curiosity, I discovered Salesforce's Trailhead platform, which offered free, self-paced learning modules that introduced me to the basics.  The gamified experience kept me motivated as I earned badges and points while learning about data modeling, process automation, and security.
